Terms of Use

1. What KaamSet is

KaamSet is an introduction platform that connects workers and hirers. KaamSet is not an employer, not a labour contractor, and not a payment service. The work agreement is between the worker and the hirer.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Before you can post a job, send an offer, accept work, or be assigned to a job, you must record your date of birth and confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts without a recorded date of birth cannot take part in the marketplace.

You must provide accurate details, including a phone number that belongs to you. One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or operated on someone else's behalf without their consent.

3. No child labour

Engaging anyone under 18 through KaamSet is strictly prohibited. Every hirer must confirm that they will only engage adults and will not use KaamSet to arrange work for children. Suspected child labour is grounds for immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Jobs and wages

Hirers must post real work with an honest rate, location, and timing. The agreed rate recorded on an assignment is binding. Wages are paid directly, in full, and on the agreed terms. KaamSet records what was agreed and what was reported as paid.

KaamSet charges no fee, takes no commission, holds no wages, and processes no payments during the pilot.

5. Safety on site

Hirers must disclose known hazards, required protective equipment, and any licence a job requires before the job is published. Hirers are responsible for site conditions.

A worker who arrives and finds a materially unsafe site may leave and report it. Reporting an unsafe site in good faith is not treated as an ordinary no-show: the reliability record is held for human review before any restriction can apply. Knowingly false or abusive safety reports are themselves a violation.

6. Conduct

Fake jobs, fake accounts, harassment, discrimination, unsafe or illegal work, charging workers a fee, and pressuring anyone to leave the platform are all prohibited.

7. Reliability and restrictions

Not showing up, cancelling late, and failing to pay are recorded against the account responsible. Repeated problems lead to temporary restrictions such as pausing new hiring or new work. Restrictions show what triggered them, whether they were applied automatically, and how to ask for a human review.

8. Disputes

If something goes wrong, either side can open a case. Both sides may submit statements and evidence. Our reviewer decides on the recorded facts, and one appeal is allowed. Decisions affect ratings, reliability records, and recorded wage amounts only. KaamSet does not transfer money.

9. Ratings

Reviews must describe the actual work. Reviews are revealed only after both sides have reviewed or the review window closes. Abusive or false reviews are removed.

10. Liability

KaamSet provides the platform as-is during the pilot and is not responsible for the work performed, injuries, losses, or unpaid wages. Verification badges indicate checks we have carried out, not a guarantee.

11. Changes

We may update these terms during the pilot. Each update is published as a new version, and you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use the marketplace. Questions go to the contact details on the support page.
