Pilot draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in Pakistan. It describes how KaamSet actually works today and is provided for transparency during the supervised Peshawar pilot.
Recruiters (field agents) bring new workers onto KaamSet using a personal referral code. Each referral is tracked in our system from first contact through onboarding, activation, and completed work.
Recruiter incentives are decided only from authoritative system records — the recruited worker's ID, verified onboarding, job assignment, job completion, completion thresholds, and fraud and duplicate-account checks. Screenshots, verbal claims, or a recruiter's self-report alone are never enough to decide a payout. Payouts move through pending, approved, paid, and clawed-back states, and fraud flags are recorded against the agent.
If you disagree with an incentive decision, contact support@kaamset.com with your referral code and the workers or payouts in question. The decision is re-checked against the system records above, not against screenshots. During the pilot, the founder owns the final decision on recruiter incentive disputes.
Exact recruiter incentive amounts are a separate business decision and are not set by this document. Do not rely on this page for amounts; amounts in force are communicated through the recruiter programme itself.
