We collect the least information needed to make hiring safe, and we share it only with the people who need it.
Your name, phone number, city and area, your skills and experience, your date of birth, the jobs you post or take, what was agreed and paid, reviews, and any documents or photos you upload for verification, for a safety report, or for a dispute.
We collect your date of birth only to confirm that you are 18 or older. It is stored privately, is never shown to other users, never appears on your public profile, and never appears in pilot reporting. Our staff can see only whether you are verified as an adult, not the date itself.
Other users see your public profile: name, photo if you added one, skills, area, rating, and work history summary. They do not see your phone number, your date of birth, or your exact address.
A hirer and a worker see the exact job location and site contact details only after the job is confirmed between them.
Identity documents, safety-report evidence, dispute evidence, and field-visit photos are stored privately. Only you, our reviewers, and where relevant the assigned field agent can open them, and only through short-lived private links.
Field agents record a lead only after the person agrees. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling the agent or contacting support, and we will stop contacting you.
To match work with workers, to confirm that users are adults, to show trustworthy profiles, to review safety reports and disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to measure how the pilot is going. Pilot reporting uses aggregate numbers only, never individual profiles.
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising on your data, we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not store full identity-card numbers.
Job, wage, safety, and dispute records are kept as a permanent history so accountability works. Verification documents are kept only while the check is valid. To close your account or request removal of the data we are able to delete, contact us using the details on the support page.
Access is enforced by the database itself, so people can only read the records they are entitled to. Private files are never publicly linkable. Staff actions on accounts are recorded in an audit trail.
