The behaviour expected of everyone on KaamSet.

Pilot draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in Pakistan. It describes how KaamSet actually works today and is provided for transparency during the supervised Peshawar pilot.
These standards apply to everyone on KaamSet: workers, hirers, contractors, and anyone acting on an account's behalf. The same rules apply in Urdu and in English, on the website, in the app, and at the work site.
The following may justify immediate suspension pending review and possible permanent removal: forged CNIC or verification documents, impersonation, deliberate payment fraud, organised chargeback abuse, violence or credible threats, sexual harassment, serious safety misconduct, prohibited or illegal work, child or forced labour, theft, knowingly handling stolen property, misusing another user's private information, organised recruiter or referral fraud, and ban evasion or duplicate accounts used to avoid enforcement.
Show up when you commit. No-shows, last-minute cancellations, failing to pay agreed wages, fake job postings, fake accounts, spam, abusive messaging, materially misleading profiles, deliberately wasting the other side's time, and repeated scope manipulation are recorded against the responsible account and follow graduated enforcement: warning, then restriction, then temporary suspension, then permanent removal.
Never require another person to surrender an original identity document as a condition of work, and never charge a worker a fee, deposit, or placement payment to receive work. We never store full identity-card numbers, and only the last four digits of a CNIC may be recorded for a document check.
Report violations to support@kaamset.com with what happened, when, and any evidence. Safety reports are reviewed immediately and are never left in an ordinary queue. Reporting in good faith never counts against you; knowingly false reports are themselves a violation.
How violations are handled — including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, and permanent removal — is set out in the Account Suspension & Removal Policy. Enforcement decisions can be appealed through the Dispute Resolution & Appeals Policy.
