How contractor subscriptions bill, renew, and cancel.

Starter is PKR 4,999 per month: up to 20 worker assignments per month, up to 3 active hiring requests, 1 job site, basic project tools. Pro is PKR 9,999 per month: 50+ worker assignments per month, unlimited active hiring requests, multiple job sites, crews and saved crews, bulk hiring, priority matching and priority support, full project tools. Enterprise is custom pricing through our sales team. Prices and limits are read from our billing catalogue; the app never lets a user set their own price.
Subscriptions bill monthly, with the renewal anchored at the first successful charge. There is no free trial. Each renewal is granted only through a verified payment-provider event.
Assignment quotas are enforced atomically when a worker assignment is created — for example, a Starter plan cannot create a 21st assignment in the month. A user without an active paid plan is treated as the free Home tier: no projects, up to 2 concurrent open work orders, no crews, no bulk hiring.
A failed renewal payment moves the subscription to past due with a 3-day grace period. If payment is not recovered, the subscription may be suspended or expire and the account returns to Home-tier limits. Serious fraud or abuse may suspend a subscription immediately — see the Account Suspension & Removal Policy.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal; the current paid period continues until its normal end. There is no routine prorated refund for a partially used month. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the first-purchase and accidental-renewal exceptions.
Plan prices, quotas, and features may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
